Our BIG, Little News

Jamie and I are expecting our first child to be born the first part of October. We had hoped to start a family before finishing the seminary, and this little one is an answer to many prayers.
We hope you will join us in praying that he or she would be brought into this world as a healthy child. We look forward to the day that we can bring our first-born to the fount to be baptized into God’s family, made a child of God!

Jamie is doing well, and was spared any morning sickness during her first trimester—Yeah! She will continue to work at Applebee’s through the month of June.

One challenge we will have to face is moving during the seventh month of pregnancy. Jamie will have to find a new doctor in St. Louis, but we have many friends who have doctors there that they trust.

Jamie jokes that this pregnancy is perfectly timed because now she will not be able to carry any boxes while we are moving. Look for pictures in the next issue of moving, and a more pregnant wife.

Until that time, we continue to enjoy our time at Immanuel, where we have kept the tradition of vicars having babies! We wouldn’t want to disappoint, now would we.

Thanks for your prayers! God bless!
