Growing Every Day

This will be the last newsletter sent from just the two of us, as Jamie’s due date is now one month away. She has had to adjust to a new doctor here in St. Louis, but that went fairly smooth.

As Jamie and I anticipate the birth of our daughter in October, we are beginning to take some classes in preparation. These classes, along with the many books on parenting, will hopefully help prepare us for the task that will be upon us shortly.

So far the pregnancy has flown by, as it seems like we just heard the exiting news yesterday. We have been blessed through the generosity of many people who are dear to our hearts, and have received lots of clothing, and most of the large baby stuff for her room. Because we are living in an apartment, however, I do not have any painting to do in the nursery in order to prepare!

So far, Jamie has had a smooth pregnancy, and we pray that it would conclude that way as well.
We are both nervous about being parents for the first time, and yet thrilled to meet this person God has blessed us with.
